Backend Integration

The frontend is intentionally backend-ready but backend-free.

Integration steps:

Implement an HTTP client in src/api/client.ts.
Replace mock methods in src/api/services/panel-service.ts with real service calls.
Preserve the response envelope and DTOs in src/api/contracts.
Map backend validation errors into ApiError.fields.
Add WebSocket/SSE adapters for jobs, terminal state, notifications, metrics, and logs.
Keep destructive actions behind typed confirmation, reason capture, two-factor confirmation, and audit-preview flows.
